Kate, the Sound Healing Alchemist, guides those on self transformation and healing journeys to their most empowered self. Trained in Sound Healing, Reiki, Astrology, and Herbalism, she combines her healing modalities to support whole body, mind, and soul healing. She is an avid believer that everyone has the wisdom within to heal themselves and the world. Everyone knows how to best walk their own path; Kate is here to give you those gentle reminders and to empower each person to alchemize their own healing journey.
Sound healing goes where no other healing goes, traveling deep within the cellular level to recalibrate the nervous system and Chakra systems. The frequency of the bowls help to create deep, restorative states of relaxation, as well as helping to move any stuck or stagnant energy. By tailoring each session to the current astrology and seasons, and using intuition to guide each sound session, every being is able to receive and release what their soul is calling for. Kate uses Reiki to amplify the healing of each sound session. Utilizing a variety of modalities, Kate tailors each session to best serve individuals on their own journeys.

This healing energy moves through the different energy bodies to bring healing to any areas in need. When we experience emotional, physical, or spiritual disruptions, it disturbs the energy flow within our being. Reiki stimulates the body’s own innate wisdom for healing and restores the flow of our vital life source to a state of balance. Sound Healing goes where no other healing can go. Sound Healing works deeply within our cells to recalibrate our nervous system and our energy bodies. The vibrations of the crystal bowls help to move energy blockages and stagnation, to heal emotional or physical pains, and to create deep rest and relaxation of the nervous system. Binaural beats help to bring the brain waves into different states, allowing the mind to reach deep calm and clarity. The crystal Chakra bowls are in the grounding frequency of 432hz - the sound of nature - to assist the whole being to reach a state of grounding and centering; paired with the Alchemy Crystal bowls in the frequency of 528 hz - the frequency of DNA repair, transformation, and miracles. Each 1:1 session is tailored to the individual and the bowls are played intuitively to create the healing that is needed at that time.
