Seasons Wellness Retreat Schedule- subject to change 

Day 1: Friday

3:00-4:30- Check-in/settle into rooms- optional time to schedule with esthetician and/or Reiki and sound healer

4:30-5:30- Introductions and intentions for the weekend

5:30-6:30- Chef prepared dinner

6:30-7:30- Orientation and schedule for the weekend

7:30-8:15- Guided meditation and visualization 

8:15- Settle in/fire pit/game room/free time


Day 2: Saturday

7:00-8:00- Silent mindfulness nature walk- from house. OR Morning meditation/visualization, gentle stretching, intention setting, dancing

8:00-9:00- Breakfast

9:00-10:00 -Break/free time-optional time to schedule with esthetician and/or Reiki and sound healer

10:00-11:00- Letting go journaling activity 

11:00-12:00- Journal sharing in pairs, group exercise

12:00-1:00- Chef prepared lunch

1:00-2:00- Break/free time-optional time to schedule with esthetician and/or Reiki and sound healer

2:00-4:00- Sound healing and cacao ceremony with Kate

4:30-5:30- Chef prepared dinner

5:30-6:30- Letting go ceremony at the fire pit

6:30-7:30- Guided meditation/visualization

7:30- Settle in/fire pit/game room/free time


Day 3: Sunday

7:00-8:00- Morning meditation/visualization, gentle stretching, intention setting, dancing

8:00-9:00-Breakfast

9:00-9:30-Break/free time-optional time to schedule with esthetician and or Reiki and sound healer

9:30-10:00- Introduction to manifestation journaling activity

10:00-1:00- Hike/walk with manifestation journaling

1:00-2:00 -Chef prepared lunch

2:00-3:00-Break/free time-optional time to schedule with esthetician and/or Reiki and sound healer

3:00-4:30- Yoga with Hanna

4:30-5:00-Break/free time-optional time to schedule with esthetician and/or Reiki and sound healer

5:00-6:00-Chef prepared dinner

6:00-7:30- Paired and group manifestation exercise

7:30- Settle in/fire pit/game room/free time


Day 4: Monday

7:00-8:00- Morning meditation/visualization, gentle stretching, intention setting, dancing

8:00-9:00- Breakfast

9:00-9:45-Break and pack up. Check out at 10am

9:45-10:00-Reminders of gentleness and self compassion going forward
