I have 15 years experience in the industry including fine dining, catering, personal chef and executive chef roles. The majority of my career has been spent in California but I recently moved to Colorado. I have had wonderful opportunities to prepare meals for celebrities, politicians and wonderful people from around the world and I look forward to the opportunity to cook for you!

I originally learned to cook for my grandmother, learning classic French cuisine. And then professionally from the art institute in California.

I have had so many influences over the years but my favorite chef to work with has been Wolfgang Puck.
